Dezvolt\u0103m accelerat conceptul HEMS \u2013 Home Energy Management System, nelipsit din casele autosustenabile, despre care am pomenit \u00een articolele anterioare.   \r\n\r\n<p><p align=\"justify\">HEMS \u2013 Home Energy Management System include at\u00e2t partea hardware (echipamente), c\u00e2t \u0219i software-ul care gestioneaz\u0103 fluxul de produc\u021bie \u0219i consum de energie, permi\u021b\u00e2ndu-i utilizatorului s\u0103 monitorizeze consumul, dar \u0219i produc\u021bia proprie de energie (acolo unde exist\u0103), respectiv s\u0103 controleze, manual sau automat, consumul de energie din locuin\u021b\u0103. Rezultatul pe care ni-l dorim va fi o cas\u0103 capabil\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i gestioneze c\u00e2t mai bine energia, consum\u00e2nd c\u00e2t mai mult din produc\u021bia proprie, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t costul total al resurselor energetice externe consumate s\u0103 fie minim.<!--more-->\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Astfel, \u00een septembrie 2021 echipa VIKI a analizat, aplicat si dezvoltat interfe\u021bele cu parametrii de conectare necesari integr\u0103rii de noi produc\u0103tori de energie: panourile fotovoltaice \u0219i turbina eolian\u0103, dar \u0219i bateria (UPS) care poate stoca energia produs\u0103 de acestea \u2013 \u0219i care este absolut necesar\u0103 \u00eentr-o cas\u0103 unde se \u0219i produce energie.\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1900\" height=\"520\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3841\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1.png 1900w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-300x82.png 300w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-1024x280.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-768x210.png 768w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1-1536x420.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 706px) 89vw, (max-width: 767px) 82vw, 740px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><p align=\"justify\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te consumatorii de energie, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 echipamentele de control lumini, multimedia, securitate, clim\u0103, am dezvoltat interfe\u021be noi de control, cum sunt ma\u0219ina de sp\u0103lat haine, cea de sp\u0103lat vase, dar \u0219i autoturismul electric.\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1900\" height=\"520\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3842\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2.png 1900w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-300x82.png 300w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-1024x280.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-768x210.png 768w, https:\/\/www.vikiknows.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2-1536x420.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 706px) 89vw, (max-width: 767px) 82vw, 740px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Toate aceste echipamente existente \u00een casele moderne expun pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 valori de consum, respectiv produc\u021bie de energie, \u0219i un program de func\u021bionare, care le  transform\u0103 din punct de vedere al utiliz\u0103rii \u00een echipamente Programabile sau Neprogramabile. \r\n\r\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Provocarea major\u0103 din punctul de vedere al echipei de dezvoltare software este s\u0103 creeze un work-flow de utilizare optim\u0103 a consumatorilor Programabili, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t consumul de energie s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi asigurat c\u00e2t mai mult din produc\u021bia proprie sau, dac\u0103 nu, la costuri minime din re\u021beaua public\u0103. Acest management al produc\u0103torilor \u0219i consumatorilor de energie se face cu ajutorul unui algoritm de planificare a consumului programabil, menit s\u0103 suporte constr\u00e2ngeri diverse, ob\u021binute prin utilizarea unor libr\u0103rii specifice  &#8211; Mixed Integer Linear Programming. \r\n\r\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Testele \u0219i scenariile rulate \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 urm\u0103resc, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 eficien\u021ba \u00een care algoritmul reu\u0219e\u0219te s\u0103 asigure profilul dorit de utilizare al consumatorilor, \u0219i evaluarea timpilor de r\u0103spuns \u00een prezen\u021ba, respectiv \u00een absen\u021ba constr\u00e2ngerilor, timpul de rezolvare \u0219i ob\u021binere de solu\u021bii, respectiv costul efectiv al energiei consumate de cas\u0103.\r\n\r\n<p>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\r\n\r\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 de dezvoltare a sistemului VIKI este realizat\u0103 \u00een parteneriat cu Universitatea Tehnic\u0103 din Cluj-Napoca (UTCN), \u00een cadrul proiectului \u201eManagementul energiei electrice \u00eentr-o re\u021bea cu surse regenerabile\u201d, propus de UTCN \u0219i sus\u021binut de Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103.
