All VIKI users are granted assistance included in the sale price for the first two years of using the product. And after this time, they can choose maintenance packages, depending on their needs and preferences.

The VIKI team offers telephone or e-mail advice to all customers, regardless of whether or not they have a maintenance plan. And for those who want more support, we have prepared three packages, which we present below.

The SILVER package includes:
• Telephone or e-mail advice on using the product
• Scheduled annual maintenance
• Remote reprogramming of the operating mode (within 2 hours per year, for equipment that can be accessed remotely)
• Remote diagnostics for equipment that enables this feature
• Response time 72 hours

The GOLD package includes:
• Telephone or e-mail advice on using the product
• Scheduled annual maintenance
• Remote reprogramming of the operating mode (within 4 hours per year, for equipment that can be accessed remotely)
• Remote diagnostics for equipment that enables this feature
• Response time 24 hours
• 5% discount on the price of the ordered equipment
• 25% discount on on-site support requests, which are not included in the active maintenance plan

The PLATINUM package includes:
• Telephone or e-mail advice on using the product
• Scheduled annual maintenance
• Remote reprogramming of the operating mode (up to 8 hours per year, for equipment that can be accessed remotely)
• Remote diagnostics for equipment that enables this feature
• Response time 24 hours
• 5% discount on the price of the ordered equipment
• 25% discount on on-site support requests, which are not included in the active maintenance plan
• Travel to the location at the client’s request (one visit / year, at a maximum of 30 kilometers from Cluj-Napoca)
